By accessing and using One Zero Cloud ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
One Zero Cloud provides cloud-based development environments including web-based code editors (VSCode), Python environments, CADQuery tools, Serenity visualization, and AI assistance. Each user receives an isolated Docker container with dedicated storage and compute resources based on their subscription plan.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- - All activities that occur under your account
- - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is offered through monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- - Pay the applicable subscription fee in advance each billing cycle
- - Provide accurate billing information
- - Authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Prices may change with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- - Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- - Infringe on intellectual property rights
- - Distribute malware or engage in hacking activities
- - Send spam or unsolicited communications
- - Mine cryptocurrency without authorization
- - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems
- - Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all code, files, and data you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- - Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- - No partial refunds are provided for unused time
- - Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
- - You may export your files before the retention period ends
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE ZERO CLOUD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
